Made with Fresh Uncooked Flour Tortillas
A quick skillet pizza wrap made with fresh-cooked flour tortillas, melty mozzarella, and your favorite pizza toppings. The folded tortilla creates layers of flavor and cooks into a crispy handheld pizza in just minutes.
Cook the uncooked tortillas: Heat a dry skillet over medium heat.
Cook each uncooked flour tortilla 30–45 seconds per side until lightly golden and flexible but not crispy.
Stack and keep warm.
Cut the tortilla: Lay one cooked tortilla flat.
Using a knife, make one cut from the center of the tortilla down to the edge so the tortilla can fold into sections.
Add the fillings: Imagine the tortilla divided into four quadrants.
Add ingredients to each section:
Quadrant 1 – pizza sauce
Quadrant 2 – pepperoni or toppings
Quadrant 3 – mozzarella cheese
Quadrant 4 – mozzarella + parmesan
Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
Fold the wrap: Starting at the cut edge:
Fold the bottom section up,
then fold to the right,
then fold down to form a layered triangle wrap
Toast until crispy: Brush both sides lightly with olive oil.
Place the folded wrap in a skillet over medium heat.
Cook 2–3 minutes per side until the outside is golden and crispy and the cheese inside is melted.
Slice and serve: Let rest for 1 minute.
Cut in half and serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
