The primary mission of Franco Whole Foods is to the development, manufacture and distribution of high quality, premium uncooked flour tortillas with NO preservatives and uncooked whole wheat and multigrain flatbreads for an existing and identified clientele base developed, in part, over the last 22 years by Gus Franco.

 

Establishing a healthier alternative to the current cooked product in the market today, the premium uncooked tortilla is a wholesome and fresh option for our customers and distributors.
